In this skills-based program, you will have the opportunity to consolidate and advance your existing tribunal-room communication skills. Experienced coaches will guide you through interactive exercises that will expand your tribunal craft to meet and overcome challenges specific to VCAT.

- enhance your verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- learn strategies for navigating difficult people and situations in your tribunal room.

He is a co-founder and company director of RealPlay Media and a pioneer in Theatre in Business in Australia along with Grant Dodwell. Raj studied sociology, psychology, drama and philosophy at Flinders University and has a degree in Performance as a NIDA graduate. Raj is a certified consultant and trainer in Human Synergistic LSI and OCI tools and has been providing group and individual executive coaching to DISC, MBTI, Decision Dynamics, and other psychometric insight tools over the past 21 years.
