The 360-degree survey for judges was first developed by the College in 2006 and has been refreshed and refined over the years. This unique program involves a tailor-made, confidential survey of your colleagues and the advocates appearing before you. Guided and supported by organisational psychologist Maryanne Mooney, you will receive constructive feedback to assist you in performing your role at your best.
Judicial officers with more than three years’ experience are invited to participate. Places are limited.

She has worked with the Judicial College of Victoria since 2006 to design and implement the judicial officers’ 360-degree feedback program. Since then, Maryanne has worked extensively with judicial officers and courts throughout Australia running various programs and forums.
