In this 'Courts and tribunals as workplaces' session, learn from peers about maintaining a safe and respectful court culture and managing the interpersonal aspects of the judicial role.
Join the discussion about preventing sexual harassment and other inappropriate behaviours in and out of court. Explore language, conduct and perspectives from the Victorian courts and VCAT in a conversational learning environment.
These tailored workshops will include judicial panel discussions and use real-life scenarios.

- learn how to promote a culture where sexual harassment, bullying and other inappropriate behaviours are prevented.
This program is for new appointees and those who have not yet undertaken this training.
