The Children’s Court Bench Book has recently been reviewed, and was found not to be up to date. In consultation with the Children’s Court, this bench book has been taken it down to minimise the risk of people relying on out-of-date information.
The Children’s Court Research Materials remain a valuable resource for judicial officers and practitioners wishing to learn more about the jurisdiction of the Children’s Court.
