The Sentencing Manual – Case Summaries resource has been updated to include September-December 2022 County Court sentencing decisions.
These summaries describe the principal facts of the decisions and identify the final sentencing outcome for each case.
This update comprises approximately 400 recently published sentencing decisions, including:
- 143 property and dishonesty offence summaries
- 78 sexual offence summaries
- 75 causing injury and other offences against a person summaries
- 65 drug offence summaries
- 20 driving offence summaries.
The Sentencing Manual – Case Summaries has also been updated to include Court of Appeal sentencing decisions up to the end of March 2024.
