As part of Court Services Victoria’s efforts to prevent and address sexual harassment, the Honourable Julie Dodds-Streeton KC recently completed a Review of working arrangements of associates and judicial staff.
The College has prepared a summary of the Report, which examines the structural sexual harassment risks within the courts and VCAT. The Report makes 27 recommendations to consolidate commitments to build cultures of respect, fairness and inclusion. Key recommendations include improved training for staff and judicial officers, greater staff diversity and additional reporting pathways.
