On the occasion of International Women’s Day 2024 (IWD), we acknowledge the women of the Judicial College of Victoria, and the diversity of their of roles, backgrounds, capabilities and attributes (too various to describe here).
IWD prompts us to value and celebrate difference, not just in relation to gender, but in all facets of being human and working together. By respecting diversity, difference and inclusion we can achieve together much richer outcomes than we would in an environment of sameness.
